Job Title : Drama Teacher Location : South Birmingham Salary : £120 – £260 per day. Dependent on experience. Contract Type : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Start Date: Immediately About Them : We are working on behalf of a secondary school located in Birmingham. The school is rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted. The school strives for their students to experience high quality education daily and emphasise an importance on development. Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join their lovely team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. You will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential and develop a love for drama. Key responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A degree in Drama or a related field. Experience teaching Drama at secondary school level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for drama. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
