Your new company
You will be working for an international manufacturing organisation, at their facility in Lancashire. Your new company is part of a group of British-owned companies, with sites strategically situated across the globe. The company provides specialist engineered components to various industrial markets, and therefore is well positioned as a business with a variety of customers.
Your new role
In your new role as Production Engineer, you will be responsible for improving product efficiency, process flow and reducing production downtime. You will work collaboratively with all operational teams, striving to achieve the highest quality of product, in the safest and most efficient way of manufacturing whilst implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Production Engineer job opportunity, you will possess a degree/HNC in an engineering related subject. This will be coupled with a solid level of experience in a fast-paced production environment and a good track record of introducing cost-saving initiatives.
