As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining an organised and efficient shop environment. • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.

• Implement effective sales management strategies to enhance profitability.

• Train, supervise, and develop staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

• Maintain an organised and clean shop environment that reflects the brand’s image.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop.

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base.

• Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations.

• Demonstrated experience in sales management with a track record of meeting targets.
