About the Role As the go-to person for all things office-related, you\\\’ll be the beating heart of their workspace operations. Working closely with a sociable, creative, and high-energy team, you\\\’ll ensure the office runs like clockwork, whether it\\’s welcoming guests, managing supplies, or liaising with external vendors, your role will be crucial in keeping everything (and everyone!) moving smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing Act as the first point of contact for all office-related queries
Oversee the smooth running of both offices on a day-to-day basis
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management (especially for the serviced site) Organise and support internal events, team socials, and staff initiatives
Support onboarding of new starters, including desk set-up and welcome packs
Maintain health & safety and ensure compliance across both sites Handle incoming post and deliveries
Assist with light administrative duties when required
YOU:
Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar operations role – covering Health and Safety, building regulations and general compliance
Friendly, approachable, and a natural people-person
A true multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Confident working independently
Able to anticipate needs and take initiative
