Venn Group have partnered with a Local Authority in the South-East to support the Delivery of their new organisational Target Operating Model. The council is looking at designing changes to processes and services as well as completing work to identify high-level changes in the operating model that can deliver financial savings and efficiencies. The council is looking to recruit 5 interim candidates to join the Digital team, working closely with the Strategy and Change team and the wider business, to develop a business case for further investment into the programme as a whole and scope out the next phases of work. The council are looking to hire a Digital Transformation Strategist & Team Leader on a contract basis. This will be a senior individual with strong understanding and experience of large-scale digitally enabled change in local authorities.
