Planner/Scheduler – Wirral -Permanent – Full Time – £30k We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join a successful organisation, based on a local business park on the Wirral. This role has become available due to an internal promotion. Joining a small, dynamic and friendly team, this company offer some great benefits including hybrid working, a generous holiday package, salary sacrifice scheme and much more!Key Responsibilities:Scheduling of reactive / quoted works to Service engineers to achieve agreed client SLAsEndure daily workload schedule in place for engineers within region.Develop good understanding of mobile Engineering team and geographical areas.Flexible approach to urgent callout requestsManage levels of overdue / on hold jobs within regionEnsure optimum utilisation of engineer teams across all regions.Key Requirements3years of experience planning/schedulingExceptional communication skills written and oral.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
