We are searching for a talented, passionate floor manager who is confident in leading a vibrant team to join us at Wanstead newest opening, The George & Dragon!
Are you someone who is charismatic, easy to be around yet organised and detail orientated. Are you effective with your communication as a front of house leader? Could you manage a variety of aspects of the wider operation whilst delivering a smooth and engaging service in a high-volume business?
The successful floor manager will be responsible for:

Leadership & Training of our floor team

Stewardship of daily services

Development of supervisors & senior team members

Management of weekly operational processes & procedures

Oversight to elevate guest experience & service standards

Foresight to develop commercial opportunities & performance

Able to demonstrate sound working skills in all areas of bar & drinks service. Delivering practical knowledge and best practice
