Due to very high demand, we are actively recruiting Support Workers to cover shifts set in homeless hostels and supported living projects in the Hampshire area, including but not limited to Havant, Petersfield, Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton, Basingstoke, Aldershot, and surrounding areas.

We offer Support Worker shifts in various settings throughout Hampshire, including early, late, long days, sleep-ins, and waking nights. You can choose your preferred shift pattern. Shifts can be continuous within a single project for consistency or across different projects for flexibility and variety.

Our Support Workers appreciate the ability to work as much or as little as they like, fitting work around their lifestyle and commitments or working as their main income source. We seek candidates with experience supporting adults and post-16 young people or with similar backgrounds. Ideal Support Workers will have the skills and mindset to work with vulnerable individuals facing traumatic issues.

Candidates should be emotionally resilient, patient, empathetic, and understand the importance of consistency in their approach and communication. The ability to maintain safe boundaries is crucial, as some individuals may display challenging and unpredictable behaviours.
