Optimising Delivery Align team capabilities to divisional goals, focusing on rapid, high-quality delivery. Manage complex workflows and dependencies across divisions and technical domains. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in senior engineering leadership roles, with a proven ability to align technology strategies to organisational priorities. Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, including Agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery. Strong capability to optimise team structures, manage dependencies, and deliver in fast-paced environments.
