SERT is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK debt recovery and field services company, currently expanding their field agent team across Hampshire and the South East.
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing:- Carrying out face-to-face visits to customers’ homes on behalf of utility and public sector clients
- Taking accurate utility meter readings (gas/electric)
- Discussing payment options and negotiating affordable repayment plans
- Reconnecting customers with their service providers
- Delivering exceptional customer service and remaining professional at all times
- Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Well-organised, dependable, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a regional team
- Competitive base salary of £30,060 with uncapped commission potential
- Car allowance plus reimbursement of fuel and business expenses
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
