Kyriba Functional Tech Lead

We are seeking a Kyriba Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Kyriba Treasury Management System. This role requires extensive knowledge of Kyriba modules, including cash management, payments, liquidity management, and bank connectivity, combined with strong IT skills to interface with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Configuration:Lead or support the implementation of Kyriba Treasury solutions, ensuring alignment with business needsConfigure Kyriba modules (e.g., cash management, liquidity, payments, financial transactions) to support treasury functionsCustomize Kyriba interfaces and workflows to optimize the system for end-user needsSystem Integration & Support:Oversee integration between Kyriba and other internal systems such as ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle), banking platforms, and accounting systemsProvide ongoing functional support for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionCollaborate with IT teams to manage technical requirements, including API integrations and data migrationsUser Training & Documentation:Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure seamless adoption of Kyriba by Finance and Treasury teamsMaintain comprehensive documentation for Kyriba configurations, processes, and user guidesWork with cross-functional teams to ensure Kyriba meets operational and regulatory requirementsStakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with treasury, finance, IT, and external consultants to gather functional requirements and translate them into Kyriba solutionsCommunicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, regarding system performance and enhancementsCompliance & Risk Management:Ensure that the Kyriba system complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsImplement and maintain appropriate controls, security settings, and risk management practices Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Expertise:6+ years of experience in Kyriba Treasury Management SystemStrong functional knowledge of Kyriba modules, including cash management, payments, liquidity management, and reportingFamiliarity with banking interfaces (SWIFT, BAI2, MT940, ISO20022) and treasury-related protocolsExperience with Oracle ERP systems and understanding of finance and accounting principlesIT Proficiency:Knowledge of system integrations and data migration processes3+ years of experience in Java, J2EE and Rest APIs developmentFamiliarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS environmentsAbility to interface with IT teams for configuration, troubleshooting, and supportSoft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with non-technical and technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCertifications:Kyriba certification or training is highly preferred
