We’re the education sector’s dedicated consultancy – bringing together a community of trusted professionals with proven track records in their specialist fields. Propelo works nationally, supporting organisations of all shapes and sizes. And because we’re growing quickly, we’re looking to expand our Associate team. Our Associates come from a range of backgrounds. From those in a permanent role but with time to support external projects, to recently retired professionals looking to continue making a difference. Increasingly, we’re working with leaders and educationalists who are seeking more control and flexibility in their career. If you’re interested in hearing about exciting projects – and you bring an established track record and unique skillset – we’d love to hear from you.

- CEOs, Headteachers and Principals.
- Deputy Headteachers – including specialists in curriculum, behaviour & attendance, teaching & learning.
- Central MAT operations – including finance and HR.

- Early Years Foundation Stage and nursery specialists.
- Experts in inclusion and alternative provision.
- School improvement advisers / improvement partners / Ofsted inspectors.
