Propelo helps schools, multi-academy trusts and local authorities during moments of challenge and change. Our consultants add expert capacity, provide interim cover, and advise at executive level to support rapid improvement. We’re the education sector’s dedicated consultancy – bringing together a community of trusted professionals with proven track records in their specialist fields. Together, we’ve a shared commitment to quality and a belief in the power of education to transform lives for the better.

Propelo works nationally, supporting organisations of all shapes and sizes. And because we’re growing quickly, we’re looking to expand our Associate team. Our Associates come from a range of backgrounds. From those in a permanent role but with time to support external projects, to recently retired professionals looking to continue making a difference. Increasingly, we’re working with leaders and educationalists who are seeking more control and flexibility in their career. If you’re interested in hearing about exciting projects – and you bring an established track record and unique skillset – we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for:

  • CEOs, Headteachers and Principals.
  • Deputy Headteachers – including specialists in curriculum, behaviour & attendance, teaching & learning.
  • Central MAT operations – including finance and HR.
  • SEND professionals.
  • Early Years Foundation Stage and nursery specialists.
  • Experts in inclusion and alternative provision.
  • School improvement advisers / improvement partners / Ofsted inspectors.
