We are looking for a Plumber/Multi Trade to work for a large Housing Association in the Oxfordshire area. This is a permanent position taking on repairs and maintenance in void properties.
The Plumber/Multi Trade will receive:
- £35,000 basic salary
- Company van/fuel card
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Flexible benefits package
The Plumber/Multi Trade will be expected to:
- Take on domestic plumbing repairs and installations
- Install kitchen sinks and pipe work
- Have additional skills in carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating etc
The Plumber/Multi Trade will require:
- Experience in domestic properties
- Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in plumbing, or at least 5 years experience
