DNA Recruit are working with an award-winning creative agency who are on the hunt for a Senior-level production powerhouse to lead the end-to-end delivery of show-stopping events and immersive brand experiences for major global clients.
From strategy to on-site execution, you’ll be the go-to expert making bold ideas a reality. Lead complex live event productions from brief to final delivery, managing budgets, timelines, teams, and technical specs. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, project management, and client teams to ensure smooth, impactful execution. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to deliver the highest quality outcomes—on budget and on brand. Ensure full compliance with H&S regulations, risk assessments, and sustainability goals. Drive innovation, workflow optimisation, and production excellence across the department.
You will have proven experience in a senior production role within events, experiential marketing, or brand activations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills. Deep technical understanding of event production, scenic build, and AV. Strong grasp of international production logistics and regional nuances. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving chops. Up-to-date knowledge of safety standards, environmental practices, and event tech.
