Recognised for our sophisticated occasionwear, luxury knitwear and more recently our sleek and modern bridesmaids collection. This role involves building and managing relationships with key accounts, sales figures and securing new partnerships in line with our strategy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing accounts for a premium, contemporary, or luxury fashion clothing brand. They must be results-driven, possess excellent sales and negotiation skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join our emerging brand and really put a stamp on UK and international growth.
Roles and Responsibilities- Manage key wholesale accounts and third-party partners, overseeing the entire process from product showcases to order placement and final delivery.
- Lead seasonal showroom appointments—both in-house and on the road—with existing and prospective partners, including full preparation (presentations, agendas, and sales analysis).
- Ensure seamless onboarding and setup of new wholesale accounts.
- Oversee end-to-end account management for current partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Drive international business growth in alignment with the brand's wholesale strategy and guidelines.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand brand presence in key markets.
- Conduct seasonal product training for brick-and-mortar retail partners.
- Identify and develop Visual Merchandising (VM) and Shop-in-Shop (SiS) opportunities in line with the broader wholesale strategy.
- Compile, analyse, and present sales and performance data for weekly and monthly trade meetings.
- Support strategic business meetings (including SWOT analysis and best and worst) with relevant data insights.
- Maintain ownership of assigned wholesale account forecasts, assessing financial risks and opportunities.
- Assist with the setup and installation of seasonal showrooms, playing a key role in executing appointments.
- Ensure all wholesale spreadsheets and systems are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop sales collateral and in-store retail opportunities.
- At least 10+ years with wholesale branded experience.
- Current industry contacts in womenswear.
- Previous experience with outreach and onboarding new business.
- Strong knowledge of fashion markets.
- Proven track record in developing UK and INTL accounts.
- Strong sales management, organisation and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Advanced in Excel.
