The Workday HRIS Lead is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Workday HRIS. Job Description Manage system upgrades, testing and day-to-day operations of Workday HRIS Collaborate with HR and IT to improve functionality Lead security, data governance and road mapping Execute Functional and Technical test plans Lead new implementations and process improvements Provide review and analysis for bi-annual Workday upgrades Experience Required Workday configuration, reporting and integration skills with HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking or Absence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working on global, complex implementations for large organizations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Workday Pro Certification(s) preferred
