Package for the Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) but not limited to: * £55,000 per annum * 40 hours per week * Flexible working pattern i.e. 08:00-16:00, 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00 * An opportunity to work in a home with a good CQC rating Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) requirements: * RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification * Active NMC PIN number * Our client will consider someone looking to take the next step in their career i.e. a current Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager. * Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management * Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
