Job description\\nProject Manager – HVAC / Mechanical\\nThe client is a well-established Mechanical Building Services contractor with over 20 years in the M&E Industry. Due to significant growth, there is now a key requirement for a HVAC Project Manager to join their busy design and build division overseeing multiple projects throughout the UK.\\nAbout the role\\nAs the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:\\nProgramming, Allocating and resourcing materials and labour\\nOverall project delivery from concept through to completion.\\nManagement and Reporting of KPI’s including financial, supply chain management and H&S,\\nDealing with Projects valued from 250k to 2.5 million\\nTravel to Site as programme dictates ( Typically 3 days on site and 2 days in the office on average )\\nAbout the candidate\\nPrevious experience working in the Mechanical Building Services Industry ( minimum of 5\\nyears )\\nKnowledge of retail, leisure.
