We’re building an exceptional team of an Electrician and a Carpenter, Builder, Plumber, Painter & Decorator, and Supervisor to take on exciting projects in a dynamic small island community!
What you’ll do:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential and commercial premises.
- Carry out full rewires, lighting upgrades, and fire detection/alarm systems.
- Conduct fixed wiring tests and inspections to 18th Edition IET Wiring Regs (BS 7671).
- Perform PAT testing and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.
- Diagnose and fix electrical faults quickly to minimise disruption.
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams on renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Provide expert advice on upgrades and system improvements.
- Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours responses.
