Head of Compliance Monitoring

Lutine Bell are supporting a leading UK Investment organisation to appoint their Head of Compliance Monitoring.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established innovative organisation in a \’Head of\’ position; performing 2LoD monitoring, seeking assurance that the firm meets its regulatory obligations and supporting to ensure risk and controls are effectively managed.

Salary: Up to £55,000 + £500 p/month bonus & Benefits

Location: Newcastle – Hybrid (1 day p/w onsite)

The successful candidate will have:

✔️ Experience in a Compliance/Assurance function within Financial Services

✔️ Worked on the designing & completing monitoring plans

✔️ Strong knowledge of the FCA Handbook.

✔️ Excellent communication skills and be commercially minded
