What You’ll Do: As a Principal Executive Search Delivery Consultant, you’ll: Lead & Deliver : Take charge of end-to-end Partner-level search projects globally, ensuring outstanding results. Inspire Your Team : Manage and motivate a small, high-performing team (1 consultant + 3 researchers). Engage Clients : Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their needs and adding strategic value. Source Top Talent : Use innovative headhunting techniques to identify exceptional leaders across markets. Drive Success : Deliver exceptional outcomes while contributing to our growth and achieving measurable targets. What You Bring: Experience : 8+ years in executive search or talent acquisition, ideally at Partner/C-level in technology, digital, strategy, or consulting sectors. Leadership : Proven ability to manage and inspire a team. Global Outlook : Experience with international search projects and cross-cultural dynamics.
