D365 LS Retail Support Consultant (£45k-£55k, UK Remote, Microsoft Partner)

Role:
You will provide high-quality support for D365BC and LS Retail Support, to a number of customers at one of the worlds largest D365BC Partners.
Key Skills:
Essential:
- 2+ years’ experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central
- 1+ years’ experience with LS Retail
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a support role handling tickets and escalations
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- UK based (no sponsorship)
Desirable:
- MB-800 certification
- AL, C/AL, C/SIDE development knowledge
- SQL Server experience (queries, maintenance, optimization)
