The role:

We are seeking a Head of Sales to drive and deliver new business wins and account growth in the UK’s Luxury On Trade channel (predominantly 5* hotels and restaurants). With a loyal customer base in place, they are now well placed for future growth. This role will see you work closely with the CEO on a strategy that will enable profitable growth and set a clear objective on ‘How to Win’ in this channel. With a first-class culture, this role is a great opportunity for a sales leader to take a highly respected brand to the next level.

Who are you?

We are looking for candidates who are not only passionate about Luxury but have a great network in London On Trade venues with high tea volumes. Experience with high-end hospitality is essential for this role; however, we are open to interest from candidates with food or drink experience. You will be someone who loves to lead from the front and enjoy taking people on a journey. This role will have customer and new business responsibility as well as leading the sales function.
