Product Manager – Financial Systems Location: Hybrid (Hemel Hempstead Office) A dynamic and growing retail organisation looking for a Product Manager to join their team and help them continue to innovate and grow. This is a new role where you’ll be a key person shaping the future product area. The Role You’ll take ownership of the product development roadmap and work closely with internal teams and 3rd party providers to optimize financial systems and payment processes. From managing relationships with external suppliers to ensuring seamless, friction-free payment experiences, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future systems. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage the product roadmap to achieve business goals Collaborate with the Finance team to maximize the use of current financial systems Oversee end-to-end product discovery, including user research, market analysis, and experimentation Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party financial system providers Analyze and enhance payment processes across all channels to improve efficiency and reduce friction Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, working alongside Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams Keep stakeholders informed of product developments, milestones, and updates You will have: Experience in product management methodologies Knowledge of financial systems and technologies, particularly in the retail industry Proven experience working with 3rd party financial system providers Strong understanding of payment processes and online/EPOS transactions Ability to analyze, document, and improve existing processes Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to stakeholders Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle implementation challenges For full details please contact Tim Philpotts at Morson
