Tutor

In this role you will work with a small staff team to deliver individual education programmes to students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEN/D) typically aged 18-25.

You will have experience working with people with SEN/D, ideally in an educational or work experience setting. You will be comfortable working in a person-centred way and be aspirational for the young people you work with. You will work as part of a team and promote best practice.

Person Specification

• A qualification related to education or SEN/D or equivalent professional experience

• Good knowledge of SEN/D

• Passion for work in a person-centred way

• Aspirational for the potential of all people

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• An enthusiastic person who is flexible, innovative, reliable, organised, caring and has the ability to work autonomously.
