In this role you will work with a small staff team to deliver individual education programmes to students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEN/D) typically aged 18-25.
You will have experience working with people with SEN/D, ideally in an educational or work experience setting. You will be comfortable working in a person-centred way and be aspirational for the young people you work with. You will work as part of a team and promote best practice.
