Site Project Manager\\nCivil Engineering / National Grid Sites\\nNational Role\\nOur client, a main contractor that specialize in civil engineering/infrastructure works is looking to recruit an experienced Site Project Manager to join their expanding team to work on an array of projects for their client National Grid throughout the UK. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate as our client is offering competitive salary and package as well as opportunity for progression.\\nTHIS IS A NATIONAL CONTRACTOR, THEREFORE TRAVEL AND STAYING AWAY FROM HOME THROUGH THE WEEK WILL BE EXPECTED WHEN NEEDED.\\nSite Manager Responsibilities:\\n * Ensure accurate implementation of all works on site\\n * Produce risk assessments and method statements\\n * Ensure work is executed in a safe manner\\n * Manage site activities to ensure work is completed on time and within budget\\n * Programme works, short and medium term\\n * Liaise with senior foreman on daily basis issues related with programme, resources, production,\\n * productivity necessary to meet with programme requirements\\n * Lead all actions to solve technical difficulties, improve performance in terms of progress and quality\\n * Set working parameters, ensure their application on site, assess the performance\\nSite Manager Requirements:\\n * Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)\\n * Experience working with National Grid advantageous\\n * Persons/BESC Qualification advantageous however can be provided by the client\\n * Civil engineering experience (Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Utilities, Cable Laying, Large Diameter Pipe installation)\\n * Experienced in site project management\\n * Excellent communication and people and team management skills
