Job Title: Mechanical Building Services Engineer Location: W1W 3BQ, London (On-site) Salary: £43,000 – £47,000 per annum Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our team based in the heart of London (W1W 3BQ). This is an on-site role, requiring a proactive engineer to design, install, and maintain mechanical building systems ensuring efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess mechanical system performance and compliance. * Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors to deliver integrated building solutions. * Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and project documentation. * Ensure compliance with relevant British Standards, Building Regulations, and health and safety policies. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting during commissioning and handover phases. * Assist in cost estimation, project planning, and scheduling.
