I am looking for a Void Surveyor to work in the Northampton area for a social housing provider on a 6 month contract. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out:

  • Repairs inspections
  • Damp and mould surveys to tenanted and void properties
  • Managing void turnarounds
