  • Engage in face-to-face sales interactions, explaining and promoting Scottish Power’s renewable energy options to potential customers.

  • Work in residential settings, focusing on helping households understand the benefits of switching to renewable, affordable energy.

  • Conduct door-to-door sales and lead generation to expand customer outreach, delivering a transparent and positive experience for potential customers.

  • Build rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their energy needs and financial goals.

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team objectives.

  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

  • Stay informed on Scottish Power’s latest products, energy trends, and pricing options to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

  • Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK is required.

  • Previous customer-facing experience (1 year) is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and explain products clearly.

  • Motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets.

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and using initiative to drive success.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability., * Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
