Work in residential settings, focusing on helping households understand the benefits of switching to renewable, affordable energy.

Conduct door-to-door sales and lead generation to expand customer outreach, delivering a transparent and positive experience for potential customers.

Build rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their energy needs and financial goals.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team objectives.

Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

Stay informed on Scottish Power’s latest products, energy trends, and pricing options to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK is required.

Previous customer-facing experience (1 year) is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and explain products clearly.

Motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
