Trainee Life Science Recruitment Consultant

TPR are proud to be partnered with an exciting start up Life Science Recruitment company in the heart of Reading, who are looking for motivated graduates ideally with a degree within Life Sciences (Pharma, Biology, Medicine etc).

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for science and sales, looking to get started in recruitment.

The role of an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant:

• Sourcing candidates through different tools (LinkedIn, advertising, headhunting etc)

• Pre-screen and interview preparing candidates.

• Manage the whole interview process through to closing candidates

• Meeting with candidates and clients

• Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients and candidates

• £ Basic salary DOE + uncapped commission (OTE of £35K year 1, £50K year 2, £70K + year 3).
