SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER
£95,000-100,00 BASE + GREAT BENEFITS

Harnham have partnered up with a well known financial services organization looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to grow their expanding team.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will act as an analytics advisor and business partner to senior stakeholders across the business to identify, evaluate and frame commercial opportunities and risks in order to understand and prioritise work across the team.
- You will lead a virtual team to investigate these issues with hypothesis driven analytics and use this insight to drive the wider organization's agenda to create value for customers, colleagues, the community, and the company.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Providing expertise in one of the following analytical areas; Targeting, Customer Segmentation, Pricing, Remediation & Securitisation
- Expert user of programming in at least one computer language e.g., SAS, R, Python.
- Experience at a large Consulting firm (preferably Analytics consulting).
- You are skilled at driving relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, with the ability to influence and shape how analytics is used across their business areas. E.g. experience in client engagement at consultancy firms
- You are a positive, engaged, and are keen to set a cultural tone for teams they work with. Ability to influence peers as much as junior colleagues
