About the role:

  • Own and lead the full sales cycle from lead to close, with the majority of leads already qualified.
  • Focus on strategic, consultative selling, average deal sizes range from £50k to £500k+.
  • Combine new business acquisition with early-stage account expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings, workshops, events and roundtables.
  • Collaborate with leading technology partners to influence deals.
  • Play an active role in shaping the future of the sales function within the business.

About you:

  • 3+ years in a full 360 technical sales role within SaaS, consultancy, or IT solutions.
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and senior client conversations.
  • Technically minded and able to grasp concepts like APIs and enterprise integration.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a credible, consultative presence.
  • Energised by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft, or similar platforms is a strong plus.

Package:

  • £70,000 - £85,000 + uncapped commission (OTE of £120,000).
  • Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week in a central London office.
  • High face-time role: regular workshops, industry events, and client meetings.
