About the role:
- Own and lead the full sales cycle from lead to close, with the majority of leads already qualified.
- Focus on strategic, consultative selling, average deal sizes range from £50k to £500k+.
- Combine new business acquisition with early-stage account expansion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings, workshops, events and roundtables.
- Collaborate with leading technology partners to influence deals.
- Play an active role in shaping the future of the sales function within the business.
About you:
- 3+ years in a full 360 technical sales role within SaaS, consultancy, or IT solutions.
- Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and senior client conversations.
- Technically minded and able to grasp concepts like APIs and enterprise integration.
- Strong commercial instincts and a credible, consultative presence.
- Energised by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Package:
- £70,000 - £85,000 + uncapped commission (OTE of £120,000).
- Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week in a central London office.
- High face-time role: regular workshops, industry events, and client meetings.
