As Maritime Operations Officer you’ll be responsible for: Providing captains with vital security information and updates Supporting clients effectively and efficiently through emails and phone calls Monitoring vessel routes for safety and compliance Releasing real-time maritime security incident alerts Preparing detailed Route Risk Reports Logging data accurately and ensuring smooth operational standards Skills & Experience Previous experience of shift-based work in a call response or control room environment Maritime experience is desirable but not essential Proficiency in Microsoft applications Sharp attention to detail and excellent communication skills Interested?
