Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Flexible Working Available)
Salary: From £23,500 (DOE)
Are you an experienced claims handler looking for your next challenge?
We’re seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage third-party motor and property damage claims, working on complex liability cases and high-value disputes. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your expertise is valued.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a caseload of Third-Party Vehicle & Property Damage claims.
Conduct thorough investigations into liability disputes.
Liaise with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies.
Identify and report fraudulent activity.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
What You Need:
At least 2 years’ experience in motor claims handling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple claims with great attention to detail.
CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it – we’ll support you!).
GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
