Site Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Site Manager near Tiverton, Devon on a specialist groundworks project.

The role is to oversee the laying of a concrete yard slab to form the base of a modular building.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the project with a groundworks team in place to complete the works.

Applicants must have knowledge and experience of Groundworks projects including:

1. Concreting
2. Foundations
3. K-form
4. Reinforcement
5. Drainage
6. Accurate pin-pad concrete installation (essential)

Certifications required:

1. SMSTS
2. First Aid
3. CSCS
