Key Responsibilities
You will partner closely with leaders and colleagues across the business to deliver HR solutions in areas including:
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders, providing strategic guidance across your client groups.
Build strong, credible relationships that enable you to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders effectively.
Lead and manage a wide range of Employee Relations (ER) matters, ensuring fair, consistent and peopleācentred outcomes.
Proactively coach and upskill managers to handle ER issues early and confidently, reducing risk and improving capability.
Drive effective performance management, supporting leaders to set expectations, manage performance and build highāperforming teams.
Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, succession needs and future capability requirements linked to growth.
Support endātoāend talent acquisition, advising on recruitment needs, assessment methods and selection decisions.
Contribute to talent development initiatives, including development programmes, career pathways and learning interventions.
Collaborate on People & Culture projects that enhance engagement, culture, leadership capability and employee experience.
Use HR data and reporting to identify trends, provide insights and guide decisionāmaking within your business areas.
Experience Required
We\āre looking for a dynamic, proactive HR professional who is:
Experienced Business Partner or operating as a Senior HR Adviser/Junior Business Partner within a fastāpaced, growthāoriented environment (2ā3 years minimum).
Must have strong Employee Relations experience
Financial Services experience is preferable
Highly personable, friendly and adept at building trusted relationships across all levels.
Comfortable navigating change, offering pragmatic solutions, and working at pace.
Organised, commercially aware, and confident working with HR data and Excel (e.g., lookups, dashboards).
Someone who takes an \āover and above\ā approach and thrives in collaborative, peopleāfirst cultures.
