Head of Commercial

Head of Commercial – Sheffield   Our client – who are a business who specialise in building and operating utilities infrastructure in the UK – are seeking a Head of Commercial to join their team on a permanent basis.  The role will play a key part in leading the commercial management of Major Projects for the business.   Responsibilities: Lead on management of MU projects for commercial team. Investigate commercial procedures and training for various business contracts. Manage and sign off on project cash flows, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborate with Operations and Finance to ensure PMs and Engineers are held accountable for their project margins.   Experience: Previous Commercial Finance experience. Experience in financial project margins, and project cashflow forecasting. Ability to manage commercial contracts and maximising project profitability.
