Warehouse Coordinator

Our client are seeking a proactive, organised Warehouse Coordinator to join their small warehouse team. This role requires a strong ability to prioritise tasks and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the receipt and dispatch of parts and other parcels to business partners, customers, and colleagues at the European head office. Process incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and timely distribution. Handle credit returns efficiently and maintain local stock distribution. Organise warehouse storage and racking facilities to ensure optimal space utilisation. Ensure compliance with commercial contract packing and distribution requirements, meeting agreed delivery lead times. Oversee forklift truck maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Implement and monitor health & safety protocols within the warehouse and workshop areas, including risk assessments and COSHH assessments. Provide logistics support for national shows and other promotional events. Key Attributes Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role. Full UK driving license and confidence to drive a van when required. Current counter-balance forklift licence (desirable). Health & Safety management experience (desirable). Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with other departments. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail. A team player with excellent communication skills. A flexible and agile approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
