The Position They are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in driving business growth. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating leads, ultimately contributing to the overall sales pipeline. This is a highly dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen ability to build relationships. Key Responsibilities * Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. * Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads (20-30) and meetings (15-20), while maintaining accurate CRM data (95% accuracy). * Engage with prospects daily through calls (60-80), emails (40-50), and LinkedIn interactions (20-30), while re-engaging leads from nurture campaigns. Desired Skills & Experience * Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT, Cloud, or Managed Services sectors. * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects and convert interest into opportunities. * Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage a high volume of leads. * A results-driven mindset with a commitment to hitting targets and KPIs. * Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of sales processes. * Knowledge of Cloud, IT Hosting, Virtualisation, or related technologies is a plus but not essential.
