Your new company Our client are a large, well-known FM Provider who works across a number of commercial sites across the UK. They are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to operate on their hospital site based in West London. Your new role The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programs and reactive maintenance activities. Your key duties will include: Utilise career knowledge alongside diagnostic equipment to identify faults Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs Ensure that equipment is being maintained and operated in a safe manner Apply general knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems Ensure that all relevant records are complete before leaving site Improving health and safety policies and procedures whilst upholding guidelines Carry out any other reasonable management requests What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience of operating as a Mechanical Engineer within a commercial environment.
