Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Accounts Receivable team based at the Group’s Manchester head office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably within the professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for management specific offices/business areas debtor’s ledger in line with Group’s policies and procedures.
- Proactively communicate with clients via phone and email (if required) to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders highlighting any concerns as required.
- Take further action on delinquent debts as necessary including county court action.
- Management of accounts in query assisting in resolution as required.
Key Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably within the professional services sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerBI.
