Exciting opportunity within one of the fastest growing housing associations in the North West for an experienced Plasterer.
Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.
They are now recruiting for a Plasterer to join their responsive maintenance works team across Liverpool.
Rate: £19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA
Your Duties will include:
- Carry out multi-trade maintenance (Plumbing, plastering & tiling)
- Complete all aspects of joinery work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties
- Working on kitchens and bathrooms
Requirements:
- NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Plastering (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
- Have substantial experience in plastering, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- CSCS card desirable
- Obtain good customer care skills
