We are looking for a highly motivated Branch Administrator to support our busy estate agency team. Key responsibilities include office administration for the in-branch sales team, uploading properties to our websites and social media pages, sales progression, liaising with conveyancing teams to ensure clients are supported throughout the buying and selling process, answering telephone calls and queries, and dealing with both buyers and sellers.
Previous experience in a secretarial/ administration role would be useful but is not essential as full training will be given. Being familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook and have excellent verbal and written communication skills would be useful.
The role will be Monday – Friday 0900-1730 with cover on occasional Saturdays. Excellent rates of pay with additional bonus incentives, 5 weeks per year holiday plus Bank Holidays. Starting pay £18,000 – £22,000. OTE £24,000.
