Childrens Team Leader/Deputy 4 bed LD home Ofsted GOOD Up to £35,000 per annum Dunstable – 2 brothers in the main house and a solo placement on site – both provisions are within the same house but completely sealed off internally. – Will be a mixture of shifts and sleeps and one admin day (this will be looked to change once the home and leader are settled) – this is to give you the opportunity to get to know everyone, the homes structure and the childrens routine. – The children are aged between 13-16 – They follow the PACE structure within the homes – There will be the opportunity in the future to progress and register as the Manager for the Solo provision.
