Social Media/Marketing and Office Admin Role – IRS Group Recruitment Location: Office-Based (Coventry) Salary: £26,000 per annum (Pro rata for part-time) Hours: Flexible – Full-time (38 hours per week) or part-time options available IRS Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Social Media/Marketing and Office Admin position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in promoting the company’s products and services. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and update the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. * Create and edit engaging videos and images for social media content (training and software provided). * Perform general office admin duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and entering orders. * Full training will be provided, so no prior experience in admin is required, though social media experience is essential. Ideal Candidate: * Experience with social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. * Basic video and image creation/editing skills (training and resources will be provided). * Comfortable with general admin tasks and a keen eye for detail. * Office-based role, with flexibility on hours and part-time options considered. * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach. Additional Information: * Salary: £26K per annum (pro rata for part-time). * This role offers flexibility on working hours and is available on a temp-to-perm basis after a 13-week trial period. * All required software and hardware will be provided to support your work.
