Pre Construction Manager

Nationwide Workplace Design & Build studio are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Pre-Construction Manager.

Working on projects valued from £250,000 – £1m+ you will be responsible in overseeing the planning and preparation of projects before construction begins.

You will have previous D&B experience and be comfortable with producing feasibility assessments & schedules, creating detailed project budgets; including cost estimations for materials & labor.

Contract negotiation with suppliers and subbies, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement and much more.

Your previous D&B experience will mean you are comfortable and confident in how to collaborate with the interior design teams on each project, appreciating the ins and outs of the project to ensure things move forward quickly and accurately.

Travel is required in this role. A full UK Drivers License would be beneficial.

The studio is based central London and will require regular visits, if not daily, so you will be happy to work anything up to 5 days per week in office, on site, in remote meetings etc…
