Industrious Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Operator for our client within the Northampton area. Monday to Thursday 06:00am – 16:15pm
Job Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery, tools or equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing or assembly processes.
- Perform quality checks with inspection equipment, highlighting any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures, to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Report any faults or issues with equipment to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Prepare any documentation such as inspection records and job sheets.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good team player with a positive attitude to workload and comfortable working to schedules.
- Excellent attention to detail, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, although this is not mandatory.
