Multi Skilled Trades Person

Perform carpentry/joinery tasks including framing, installing doors, and finishing work

• Conduct work such as tiling

• Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently and safely for various tasks

• Work on roofing repairs

• Execute painting jobs with precision and attention to detail

• Carry out plumbing duties including pipe fitting and repairs

We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have experience across multiple trades.

First and second fix knowledge would be an advantage.

We also have a reactive side of the business for the right person should they want to be involved.

• Proven experience in the maintenance sector / trades listed.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in all tasks performed

• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job including lifting materials and standing for extended periods
