An international role for a qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with a fast growing business in global locations. THE BENEFITS: £80,000 – c£90,000 plus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension plan plus life assurance 4 x salary, bonus scheme, private health care, dental and optical. Free on site parking. THE ROLE: This Global Finance Manager appointment is an outstanding opportunity for a preferably Big 4 trained and qualified ACA/ACCA accountant, technically adept and with exceptional communication skills. Leading and managing a team of qualified and part qualified finance professionals as well as a small accounts support team, you will oversee global financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensure compliance with international financial regulations, including VAT and other tax-related issues. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's global growth, monitor and manage financial risks and opportunities, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting, striving for continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Please note that European travel will be involved. THE CANDIDATE: The successful applicant will be ACA/ACCA qualified and have preferably initially trained with one of the Big 4 firms. Experienced in managing and motivating a talented team, you will have had a strong background in ensuring compliance with international finance regulations including VAT and tax related issues. A strategic thinker with a logical thought process, you have excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication and decision making skills.
