Project / Technical Manager – Decarbonisation / Retrofit £65,000 + Car Allowance and full package London Area Negotiable working pattern Our client is leading provider of maintenance and improvement services throughout the UK. Currently leading the way in housing improvement and partnering with some of the largest social housing providers, they are playing a key role in the country’s decarbonisation journey. We are looking for a Project Manager who can provide technical / compliance knowledge and support to the operations and retrofit delivery teams. You must a thorough understanding and a proven technical expertise of decarbonisation into social housing including a sound knowledge of PAS2035, SHDF and an understanding of ECO funding streams. You will be assisting and advising throughout the modelling and design phase as well as checking on quality during installation. You will also be offering troubleshooting and technical advice on challenges faced throughout the project cycle. It is likely that you will have worked in a client side or consultancy capacity being able to easily interface between client reporting and site delivery teams.
